I've heard a lot about Michel Guérard but had no close-up of his establishment. I see he's 91 -- is he still involved in it?

No. He shows up from time to time. But not involved in cooking nor training. If you get the chance, it’s well worth it. Food is excellent. One of the best 3 stars I’ve been to.

Well, I've only been to one 3-star restaurant, 2-star now, which is Bras in Laguiole. It's hard for me to imagine anything better, but I may be biased.

Not all 3 stars are worth it, but some really are. This is one of them. Tasting menu (see photos) is excellent.
